Any and all notices, statements, demands or other communications hereunder may be given by a party to the other by mail, facsimile, telegraph, messenger or otherwise to the address specified in the Set Up Sheet, or so sent to such party at any other place specified in a notice of change of address hereafter received by the other.
Cover Sheet means the cover sheet to this Agreement.
Data Sheet means an integral part of the Instructions to Consultants (ITC) Section2thatisusedtoreflect specific assignment conditions to supplement, but not to over-write, the provisions of the ITC.
Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;
Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.
Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;
Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.
Day-Ahead Schedule has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Rate Sheet or “Tariff Sheet” means any of the documents filed in accordance with the "Filing Procedures for Electric, Wastewater, Steam and Gas Utilities".
Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.
Wireless support structure means a freestanding structure designed to support or capable of supporting small cell wireless facilities. Wireless support structure does not include a utility pole.
Interim Balance Sheet as defined in Section 3.4.
