Settlement Discount definition

Settlement Discount means an early settlement discount not exceeding the Settlement Terms described in the Agreement.
Settlement Discount means a twenty (20) percent discount from a general admissions ticket to any single Elements event that occurs within one year following the District Court’s final approval of the Settlement. The Settlement Discount shall be provided by way of a unique discount code to be issued by Defendants upon review of the list of Class Members who timely submit a Claim Form to participate in the Settlement and are eligible pursuant to the terms hereof to receive such Settlement Discount.
Settlement Discount. A discount for prompt payment within no more than 14 days of invoice date not exceeding 5% of the Debt.

  • Resale Discount means the applicable discount off retail rates applied to AT&T-21STATE Telecommunications Services resold by CLEC to its End Users. Any change to the rates, terms and conditions of any applicable retail Tariff is automatically incorporated herein and is effective hereunder on the date any such change is effective.

  • Solicited Discount Proration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(3).
