  • Upon entry of the Preliminary Approval Order and Qualified Settlement Protective Order, the Settlement Administrator will implement the Notice Program provided herein, using the forms of Notice approved by the Court in the Preliminary Approval Order.

  • Disaster Management Act means the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No.57 of 2002)
