Settlement Protective Order definition

Settlement Protective Order means the protective order substantially in the form of 8 Exhibit 4, which the Parties shall jointly request be entered by the Court and govern the exchange of personally identifying information by the Parties.

  • Disaster Management Act means the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No.57 of 2002)

  • Fair Housing Act means the Fair Housing Act, as amended.

  • Control Act means the Casino Control Act 1984-1985;

  • Sex trafficking means the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex act.

  • Human trafficking means a scheme or plan to which all of the following apply:

  • Bank Secrecy Act means the Bank Secrecy Act of 1970, as amended.

  • OFAC Sanctions means any sanctions program administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Department of the Treasury (“OFAC”) under authority delegated to the Secretary of the Treasury (the “Secretary”) by the President of the United States or provided to the Secretary by statute, and any order or license issued by, or under authority delegated by, the President or provided to the Secretary by statute in connection with a sanctions program thus administered by OFAC.   • Occupational Health and Safety Act means the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No 85 of 1993);
