Each Owner, by accepting a deed to any Lot, hereby acknowledges that said Sewer Treatment Facility may provide sewer services to subdivisions and other properties in addition to the Properties.

Declarant hereby reserves the right to establish and construct a Sewer Treatment Facility on property adjacent to or in the vicinity of the Properties.
The rates and fees to be charged for provision of sewer services by the Sewer Treatment Facility to the Properties shall be established and approved by such Persons and in such manner as may be prescribed by applicable Missouri law, without necessity of approval by the Voting Members of the Association.
