Sewage Treatment Plant. The Condominium has a residual waste water disposal plant which is designed to be used by all the Condominium Tenants. However, in order for the Tenant to use the facilities of such plant, it must abide by the conditions and requirements regarding the types of water that may be disposed of into the plant (Exhibit Five). Any violation of such conditions and requirements by the Tenant endangers the environment and the status of the Condominium general population and will therefore inhibit the Tenant to continue using the facilities, as well as to force it to pay any and all amounts required to fix, clean or recalibrate the plant back to its normal conditions as established in such Exhibit Five; this use of the sewage treatment plant is included in the Condominium Fees as established in section 2.00 of this agreement. Any damage caused directly or indirectly by Tenant, its employees, subcontractors or third parties to Sewer System originated by inadequate disposal of items such as but not limited to: gloves, personal ID badges, cell phones, head covers, booties, paper towels, tools or any other item related to Tenants activities within the Premises, will be paid by Tenant.

Sewage Treatment Plant i. The STP has constructed and is presently operating and maintaining the Sewage Treatment Plant. The Sewage Treatment Plant generates Treated Sewage/Effluent as a by-product of the process of treatment of Sewage. The Treated Sewage / Effluent produced at the STP is drained out of the STP through the Treated Sewage /Effluent Channel; STP, in consideration of the Fee, hereby vests Corporation with the right to off-take up to six million litres per day (6,000,000 L/D) of Treated Sewage /Effluent from the Treated Sewage/Effluent Channel in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and use the same at the Plant.

Sewage Treatment Plant. All employees of the division are employed on a shift basis, each employee being required to work an average of forty hours per week. There shall be three (3) shifts in each four hours. Employees in this division working statutory holidays shall receive eleven and one-half additional working days vacation with pay each year in lieu of such statutory holidays, with an additional day for each day proclaimed as a public holiday in the City of Peterborough by the City Council and all these additional days are to be taken by mutual agreement between the employees and the Superintendent of the division. Employees required to work on a Statutory Holiday as listed in Article of this Agreement, or, on a day proclaimed as a public holiday in the City of Peterborough by the City Council shall receive pay for each hour worked on such a day at the rate of two times the regular rate (otherwise Article of this Agreement shall apply).

Sewage Treatment Plant. Transportation shall, if required, be provided to Tertiary Treatment Plant employees to and from the Plant during severe weather conditions. Employees will receive, in addition to their regular rate of pay, a dirty-work bonus of forty (40) cents per hour while employed in the operation of the Asphalt Plant or while employed in the following maintenance duties at the Asphalt Plant: Working inside of the scrubber or dust collective system; Working inside of the screen deck area; Working inside the hot bins; Working inside the pug mill; Working inside the hot elevator or weigh hoppers; Working inside the asphalt storage tank or asphalt transfer bins; Working inside the dryer; or, While performing hand sweeping around the perimeter of the Asphalt Plant. A dirty-work bonus of sixty (60) cents per hour will be paid to all employees employed in the following maintenance duties at the sewage treatment facilities: Working inside the digestion tanks, wet xxxxx, sealed pumps or xxxx boxes; Working within high water line mark of the lagoons except for winter dredging operations; Working inside the inlet chamber at the sewage pumping station. A dirty-work bonus of sixty (60) cents per hour will be paid to employees assigned to work involving the cleaning out of domestic manholes by xxxxx and also to employees when encountering live sewage while working on a service connection or the tapping of a main.
