SFDC will use commercially reasonable efforts under the circumstances to provide Customer with an opportunity to remedy such violation or threat prior to any such suspension.
Customer’s or a User’s intentional violation of the foregoing, or any use of the Addendum Services in breach of the SFDC Service Agreement , Documentation or the order form between CLARITI and Customer, by Customer or Users that in SFDC’s judgment imminently threatens the security, integrity or availability of SFDC’s services, may result in SFDC’s immediate suspension of the Addendum Services.

The SFDC entity entering into this Agreement, the address to which Customer should direct notices under this Agreement, the law that will apply in any dispute or lawsuite arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, and the courts that have jurisdiction over any such dispute or lawsuit, depend on where Customer is domiciled.
If either You or SFDC is compelled by law to disclose confidential information of the other party, it shall provide the other party with prior notice of such compelled disclosure (to the extent legally permitted) and reasonable assistance, at the other party’s cost, if the other party wishes to contest the disclosure.
