SFDC Service means the online, Web-based application and platform service generally made available to the public via http://www.salesforce.com and/or other designated websites, including associated offline components but excluding AppExchange applications.

SFDC Service means the service offered by SFDC by which products and services hosted on servers are made available through the Internet for use by customers. The SFDC Service includes without limitation the products, services, functions and features offered through the SFDC Web Site.

Subject to the limited rights expressly granted hereunder, SFDC reserves all rights, title and interest in and to the Platform and the SFDC Service, including all related intellectual property rights.

More Definitions of SFDC Service

SFDC Service means the service provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ to which You must be a subscriber in order to obtain the Service.

SFDC Service means the online service provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ to Subscriber in order to use the core functions of TrackWise Digital.

SFDC Service means the online, Web-based customer relationship management (CRM) service, including associated offline components, offered by SFDC via the SFDC Site.

SFDC Service means the application service being provided by SFDC with which the CG Service interoperates.

SFDC Service means the online, web-based customer relationship management and platform service, including associated offline components and the AppExchange, provided by SFDC via ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and/or other designated websites, but excluding third party applications and services, including but not limited to applications made available on the AppExchange and the Reseller Application. For purposes of this Agreement, SFDC Service excludes the OEM Services. 17.18 “SFDC Customer” means a customer of SFDC that is a subscriber to the SFDC Service. 17.19 “Shared Org” has the meaning in Section 1.7. 17.20 “Target Market” means Sales Automation for the Pharma/Biotech Segment. 17.21 “Term” has the meaning specified in paragraph 10.1. 17.22 “Trial Account” means a 30-day free trial account of the appropriate OEM Service for use as part of the Combined Solution.
