SFDC Service means the service offered by SFDC by which products and services hosted on servers are made available through the Internet for use by customers. The SFDC Service includes without limitation the products, services, functions and features offered through the SFDC Web Site.

Examples of SFDC Service in a sentence

  • Your use of any such additional functionality shall be governed by such terms, which shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with the terms of this SFDC Service Agreement.

  • SFDC shall be a third party beneficiary to the agreement between You and Reseller solely as it relates to this SFDC Service Agreement.

  • No rights are granted to You hereunder other than as expressly set forth in this SFDC Service Agreement.

  • Capitalised terms in this Section A not otherwise defined in the Agreement shall have the meaning set out below: “AppExchange” means the online directory of on-demand applications that work with the SFDC Service, located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or at any successor websites.

  • For clarity, Your subscription to use the Platform hereunder does not include a subscription to use the SFDC Service generally or to use it in connection with applications other than the Reseller Application.

  • Schedule 1 – SFDC Terms of Use These Terms of Use govern Your use of the SFDC Service in connection with Our provision of the Services to You and are in addition to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

Related to SFDC Service

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Video service provider or "provider" means a person authorized under this act to provide video service.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee.
