SGMA definition

SGMA means the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SB 1168, SB 1319 and AB 1739) that collectively comprise the Act and all regulations adopted under the legislation, as that legislation and those regulations may be amended from time to time.
SGMA means the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act, pursuant to Division 6 Conservation, Development and Utilization of State Water Resources Part 2.74, Chapter 5, Section 10720, et seq.
SGMA means the California Sustainable Groundwater Management Act of 2014 and all regulations adopted under the legislation (SB 1168, SB 1319 and AB 1739) that collectively comprise the Act, as that legislation and those regulations may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • The withdrawing Member will thereafter be solely responsible for funding SGMA compliance and GSP implementation within its service area.

SGMA means the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act, as amended from time to time, commencing at Water Code section 10720, together with its implementing regulations applicable to Groundwater Sustainability Plans, set forth at California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 2, Chapter 1.5, Subchapter 2.
SGMA has the meaning assigned thereto in Recital A.
SGMA means Sage-grouse Management Areas as identified in the Plan.
SGMA has the meaning assigned to it in the first Recital of the Agreement.
