SGR Responsible Officer definition

SGR Responsible Officer means any employee of the Borrower having oversight responsibility for the administration of this Agreement.

  • Responsible public entity means a public entity that has the power to develop or operate the applicable qualifying project.

  • Whistle Officer or “Committee” means an officer or Committee of persons who is nominated/appointed to conduct detailed investigation.
