  • GRANT OF SHARE AWARDS AND DEFERRED SHARE BONUS AWARDS 5.1 The Trustee may grant a Share Award and/or a Deferred Share Bonus Award to a Participant at any time during a Grant Period unless the making of an Award would be prohibited by law or the Model Code for Securities Transactions by Directors of Listed Companies (or the Company's dealing rules).
