Shared electric scooter definition

Shared electric scooter means any electric scooter owned by a company authorized and permitted by the City of Monmouth to offer publicly accessible electric scooters through a pay-per-ride or subscription program under an agreement that incorporates the provisions of Section 74.55 of this chapter.
