Prepared food means the following:
Shared-Loss Securities means those securities and other assets listed on Schedule 4.15C.
Shared-Loss Assets means Shared-Loss Loans, Other Real Estate purchased by the Assuming Institution, Additional ORE, Shared-Loss Subsidiaries, and Capitalized Expenditures, but does not include Shared-Loss Securities.
Red Flag means a pattern, practice, or specific activity or a combination of patterns, practices or specific activities which may indicate the possible existence of Identity Theft (as defined below) affecting a Registered Owner (as defined below) or a Covered Person.
Provisional items means items for which approximate quantities have been included in the tender documents.
Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.
Escrow Items means those items that are described in Section 3.
Issuance Items has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(h) hereof.
Recycling facility means equipment used by a trade or business solely for recycling:
High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. The SNAP list of alternatives is found at 40 CFR Part 82 subpart G with supplemental tables of alternatives available at (http://www.epa.gov/snap/).
Heat input means the product (expressed in mmBtu/time) of the gross calorific value of the fuel (expressed in Btu/lb) and the fuel feed rate into the combustion device (expressed in mass of fuel/time) and does not include the heat derived from preheated combustion air, recirculated flue gases, or ex- haust from other sources.
High voltage bus means the electrical circuit, including the coupling system for charging the REESS that operates on a high voltage.

Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.
Water treatment plant means that portion of the water supply system which in some way alters the physical, chemical, or bacteriological quality of the water.
Measured Flow means any method of liquid volume measurement the accuracy of which has been previously demonstrated in engineering practices, or for which a relationship to absolute volume has been obtained.
X-ray high-voltage generator means a device which transforms electrical energy from the potential supplied by the X-ray control to the tube operating potential. The device may also include means for transforming alternating current to direct current, filament transformers for the X-ray tube(s), high-voltage switches, electrical protective devices, and other appropriate elements.
Wastewater treatment plant means a facility designed and constructed to receive, treat, or store waterborne or liquid wastes.
Electrical Losses means all electrical losses associated with the transmission of Product to the Delivery Point, including if applicable, but not limited to, any transmission or transformation losses between the CAISO revenue meter and the Delivery Point.
Normal Maximum Generation means the highest output level of a generating resource under normal operating conditions.
Recyclables means Solid Waste that may be reclaimed and/or processed and used in the production of raw materials or products.
Persistent vegetative state means a condition caused by injury, disease or illness in which a patient
Commercial Item means a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101.
Loss Absorption Regulations means, at any time, the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities and/or loss absorbing capacity instruments of the United Kingdom, the PRA, the United Kingdom resolution authority, the Financial Stability Board and/or of the European Parliament or of the Council of the European Union then in effect in the United Kingdom including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, any delegated or implementing acts (such as regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission and any regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities and/or loss absorbing capacity instruments adopted by the PRA and/or the United Kingdom resolution authority from time to time (whether or not such regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards or policies are applied generally or specifically to the Company or to the Regulatory Group).
