If multiple overlapping tenancy agreements are entered into by yourself without approval of ourselves then we may cancel all but one of the tenancy agreements; not to mark or label any keys provided to you by us, and to immediately notify us of lost, stolen or misplaced keys, swipe card or fob; not to remove any Room Items or Shared Flat Items from the Flat without our prior permission; not to keep any weapons or imitation weapons in the Building.
You are granted the following rights over the Building in common with us and all others similarly entitled: the right to come and go to and from the Room; the right to use the Room Items, Shared Flat Areas and Shared Flat Items within the Flat; the right to use the Building Common Parts for such use as they are intended.
