Shareholder Contribution Amount definition

Shareholder Contribution Amount means the amount equal to the aggregate of all amounts paid by the Shareholders to the Developer by way of subscription for shares in the capital of the Developer less any amount paid to the Shareholders in reduction of the capital of the Developer;
Shareholder Contribution Amount means, subject to the occurrence of the Effective Date, the capital contribution that will be made by one or more Existing Equityholders on or as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date in an amount not to exceed Ps. 300 million.
Shareholder Contribution Amount means the amount equal to the aggregate of all amounts paid to the Concessionaire by way of subscription for shares in the capital of the Concessionaire together with interest at [weighted average cost of capital]% per annum on each such amount from the date of payment to the Concessionaire to the date of termination of this agreement;
