Shareholder Creditor definition

Shareholder Creditor means any direct or indirect shareholder of the Issuer in its capacity as creditor in respect of Shareholder Debt.
Shareholder Creditor means any direct or indirect shareholder of the Issuer in its capacity as creditor in respect of Shareholder Debt which has acceded to the Intercreditor Agreement as a Shareholder Creditor in accordance with the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement.
Shareholder Creditor means any creditor being a direct or indirect shareholder of the Issuer to which Subordinated Debt is outstanding and which accedes to the Intercreditor Agreement.

More Definitions of Shareholder Creditor

Shareholder Creditor means any creditor being a direct or indirect shareholder of the Issuer which shall be subordinated pursuant to the Intercreditor Agreement.
Shareholder Creditor means the Original Shareholder Creditor and any direct or indirect shareholder of the Issuer, the Investor (as defined in the Senior Notes Terms and Conditions) and their respective Affiliates to the extent acceding to this Agreement as a Subordinated Creditor.

Shareholder Creditor means the Original Shareholder Creditor[s] and any creditor being a direct or indirect shareholder of the Issuer to which Shareholder Loan is outstanding and which accedes to the Intercreditor Agreement.
