Shareholder Participation definition

Shareholder Participation means the amount denominated in Swedish Kronor which is provided to the Issuer by the Original Shareholders in accordance with Clause 3.4 for the purpose of investments in accordance with these Terms and Conditions less any amount thereof which has been repaid to the Original Shareholders pursuant to Clause 10.2(b).

Shareholder Participation means the $72,000,000.00 portion of the $485,000,000.00 BSC Claim assigned to the Shareholder under section 5.02 of this Plan.

Examples of Shareholder Participation in a sentence

• A credit entry equal to the amount of Shareholder Participation, as defined in Section 6 below.

• The Issuer may make payments to the Shareholders in any form (whether relating to Interest, Management Fees, repayment of the Shareholder Participation or otherwise).
