Shareholder Rights Plan Agreement definition

Shareholder Rights Plan Agreement means this amended and restated shareholder rights plan agreement originally dated as of May 10, 2016, as amended and extended April 30, 2019 between the Company and the Rights Agent, as amended or supplemented from time to time; “hereof”, “herein”, “hereto” and similar expressions mean and refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular part of this Agreement;

Shareholder Rights Plan Agreement means the shareholder rights plan agreement dated August 6, 2010, as amended and restated from time to time between the Corporation and Olympia Trust Company, as rights agent, and as described under the heading "Description of Capital Structure – Common Shares".
