Shareholder Rights Plan Agreement means this amended and restated shareholder rights plan agreement dated June 9, 2016 and amended and extended June 13, 2019 between the Company and the Rights Agent, as amended or supplemented from time to time; “hereof”, “herein”, “hereto” and similar expressions mean and refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular part of this Agreement;

Examples of Shareholder Rights Plan Agreement in a sentence

  • Capitalized terms shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Shareholder Rights Plan Agreement.
