Shares Trust definition

Shares Trust means the Shares Trust created pursuant to the Shares Trust Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and between the Company and HSBC Bank USA, as Shares Trustee, which will be issued and will hold all of the ownership interests in the [Notes SPV] pursuant to the Law 550 Restructuring Agreement.
Shares Trust means the trust created pursuant to the Shares Trust Agreement.
Shares Trust shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.03(e)(iii).
