  • The level of access rights granted to each user, the username, job title and descriptions of their functions will be documented for oversight and auditing The Accessing Party shall notify the Sharing Party in writing, at the earliest opportunity, of any discontinuation of access or changes in the level of access rights arising from separation of personnel or changes in their functions.

  • The Lessor, upon thirty (30) days’ prior notice to the applicable Lessee, may pay any such expenses that have not otherwise been paid by, or on behalf of, such Lessee (including any failure by a Fleet Sharing Party to pay any such expenses), and any expenses paid by the Lessor on a Lessee’s behalf for maintenance, repair, operation or use by the Lessee of Vehicles will promptly be reimbursed (in any event no later than the next Payment Date following such payment) by such Lessee to the Lessor.
