Shelf Effectiveness Date definition

Shelf Effectiveness Date. With respect to a Shelf Registration, the 90th day after the filing of such Shelf Registration.

Shelf Effectiveness Date. The date that is the 90th day after the receipt of the relevant Shelf Notice.
