Ship D definition

Ship D means the Ship described as such in further details in Schedule 7 (Ships).
Ship D has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 7 (Details of Ships);
Ship D means the multipurpose bulk carrier of about 35,000 dwt having Builder’s Hull No. NYHS200723 to be constructed and sold by the Seller and to be purchased by Obligor D pursuant to the relevant Shipbuilding Contract;

  • All requirements of the ISM Code and the ISPS Code as they relate to the Borrowers, an Approved Manager, an Approved Third Party Manager and each Ship (in relation to Ship D, on and from the Drawdown Date of Advance B) have been complied with.

Ship D means the 2013-built containership of approximately 8,827 TEU currently registered in the ownership of Borrower D under an Approved Flag in accordance with the laws of the relevant Approved Flag State with the name “VALUE”;
