Time Charter definition

Time Charter means the hire of a Vessel by which the charterer obtains possession and control of the Vessel for an agreed period of time or an agreed voyage.
Time Charter means the time charter party between Owners as owners and Stena Bulk AB (the "Time Charterers") as charterers effective attached hereto as Annex 1. "Agreement" means Part I, Part II, including Additional Clauses 21-31 as well as Annex 1.

More Definitions of Time Charter

Time Charter means any time or voyage charter from time to time entered into or to be entered into in relation to the Vessel.
Time Charter means, in relation to each of the Ships, a time charter party in respect of that Ship in Agreed Form between the Borrower that owns that Ship as owner and the Time Charterer as charterer (the terms of which shall include, among other things, a charter period of not less than 5 years, a daily hire rate of not less than $12,000, and that any profit from any employment of the vessel at a rate in excess of $12,000 shall be allocated 75% to the owner of such Ship and 25% to the Time Charterer);
Time Charter means in respect of the Vessel, the time charter dated 18 December 2007 between the Borrower and the Time Charterer.
Time Charter means, in relation to each Vessel, the time charter of that Vessel made or to be made between the relevant Vessel Owning Company purchasing such Vessel as owner and the Charterer as time charterer and, in the event that such time charter is replaced by a bareboat charter in accordance with the terms of time charter, all references herein to the “Time Charter” shall be construed as referring to such bareboat charter.
