Ship XIX definition

Ship XIX means the vessel registered in the name of Owner XIX under an Approved Flag with the name “ANEMOS I”, further details of which are set out opposite its name in Schedule 2

Related to Ship XIX

  • MI 61-101 means Multilateral Instrument 61-101 – Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX means LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION, acting through its companies or business units as identified on the face of this Contract. If a subsidiary or affiliate of LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION is identified on the face of this Contract, then "LOCKHEED XXXXXX" means that subsidiary or affiliate.

  • Contract Number means, with respect to any Contract included in the Trust, the number assigned to such Contract by the Servicer, which number is set forth in the related Schedule of Contracts.

  • MARPOL 73/78 means the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973, as amended by the Protocol of 1978 relating thereto and by any other amendment in force thereafter;

  • NI 51-101 means National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities;

  • NI 43-101 means National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.

  • Ship means a vessel of any type whatsoever operating in the marine environment and includes hydrofoil boats, air-cushion vehicles, submersibles, floating craft and fixed or floating platforms.

  • Lot or batch number means an identifying number assigned by the enterprise to a designated group of items, usually referred to as either a lot or a batch, all of which were manufactured under identical conditions.

  • NI 58-101 means National Instrument 58-101 Disclosure of Corporate Governance Practices;

  • NI 45-102 means National Instrument 45-102 – Resale of Securities;

  • NI 41-101 means National Instrument 41-101 – General Prospectus Requirements;

  • NI 44-101 means National Instrument 44-101 – Short Form Prospectus Distributions;

  • Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.

  • Pistol means any firearm with a barrel less than sixteen inches in length, or is designed to be held and fired by the use of a single hand.

  • NI 51-102 means National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations;

  • Dyed diesel fuel means diesel fuel that meets the dyeing and marking requirements of 26 U.S.C.

  • Hot Weather Alert means the notice provided by PJM to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for extreme hot and/or humid weather conditions which may cause capacity requirements and/or unit unavailability to be substantially higher than forecast are expected to persist for an extended period.
