Shipment SLA definition

Shipment SLA means SLA for dispatch mentioned on each Product page, and it is Seller's responsibility to honor Shipment SLA.

  • Seller confirms and acknowledges that Letmegrab reserves its right to refund any order with prior information to the Seller in case of Shipment SLA breach and the Seller shall direct the Courier Partner to return the shipment.

  • Seller shall ensure that the purchased Product is dispatched to the Buyer, within Shipment SLA, along with all the required information, manuals, accessories (where applicable) warranty documents (where applicable) and any other relevant documents, to enable the Buyer to optimally use the Product purchased.

Related to Shipment SLA

  • Shipment means a volume of products offered to and accepted by Carrier for transportation.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;
