Examples of Ships constructed in a sentence

  • Ships constructed before 1 July 2014 shall comply with the requirements of this paragraph not later than the first survey after 1 July 2018.

  • Ships constructed on or after 1 July 1986 but before 1 January 1994 which fully comply with the requirements of the Code applicable at that time may be regarded as complying with the requirements of SOLAS regulations II-2/4.5.3, 4.5.6 to 4.5.8, 4.5.10 and 11.6.

  • Ships constructed on or after 1 July 1986, but before 1 July 2002 shall comply with the requirements of 8.3.3.

  • Ships constructed before 1 January 1994 shall comply with the requirements of chapter 8 of this Code which were in force prior to the said date.

  • Ships constructed before 1 September 1984 already provided with a Letter of Compliance in accordance with the Würzburg edition of the MoU may continue to stow dangerous goods in accordance with this Letter of Compliance.

  • Ships constructed before 1 July 2014 shall comply with this requirement by the first periodical or renewal safety equipment survey of the ship to be carried out after 1 July 2014, whichever comes first.

  • Ships constructed before 1 July 2006 - not later than the first survey of the radio installation on or after 1 July 2006.

  • Ships constructed before 1 September 1984 already provided with a letter of compliance may continue to transport dangerous goods in accordance with the requirements applicable at the time, when the letter of compliance was issued.

  • Ships constructed after 31 December 2008 must comply with the Regulation at time of delivery.

  • Ships constructed on or after 01 Jan 2016* and ships constructed before 01 Jan 2016* (by the first renewal survey on or after 01 Jan 2016, but before 01 Jan 2021**) are required to be fitted with a stability instrument capable of handling both intact and damage stability.

  • New construction means, for the purposes of determining insurance rates, structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of an initial FIRM or after December 31, 1974, whichever is later, and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures. For floodplain management purposes, "new construction" means structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures.

  • Completion of Construction means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that the work of building and erection of the Project is substantially complete.

  • Begin actual construction means, in general, initiation of physical on-site construction activities on an emissions unit which are of a permanent nature. Such activities include, but are not limited to, installation of building supports and foundations, laying of underground pipework, and construction of permanent storage structures. With respect to a change in method of operation, this term refers to those on-site activities, other than preparatory activities, which mark the initiation of the change.

  • Commencement of Construction means the initial disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, or excavating activities or other construction activities.
