Shortfall Advance definition

Shortfall Advance has the meaning set forth in Section 4.02(d).
Shortfall Advance means an Advance by Second Mezzanine Lender of any portion of the Shortfall Contingency Component.
Shortfall Advance has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.20(a) hereof.

  • Manager may recover any amounts paid by it as a Manager Shortfall Advance as provided in Section 3.01, provided that amounts not recovered during the four (4) calendar years following the year in which payment of a Manager Shortfall Advance was made shall be deemed waived and shall not be payable in any subsequent year.

  • The Issuer will from time to time use the proceeds of any Further Class Z Notes and Further Subordinated Loan Advances by way of a Yield Shortfall Advance to increase the General Reserve Fund.

  • In the event of a Shortfall Objection, Buyer and Seller shall work in good faith to promptly resolve any differences in respect of the Monthly Shortfall Advance and, until such resolution, no disbursements will be made to Buyer from the Controlled Cash Account in respect of the disputed Monthly Shortfall Advance until Seller’s objection thereto and the rightful entitlement to such funds shall be determined.

  • Monthly P&I Advance An advance of funds by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.02 or a Servicer pursuant to its Selling and Servicing Contract to cover delinquent principal and interest installments.

  • Class B-4 Interest Shortfall Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount by which the Interest Accrual Amount of the Class B-4 Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date exceeds the amount distributed in respect of the Class B-4 Certificates on such Distribution Date pursuant to Paragraph fourteenth of Section 4.01(a).
