Shortfall Deposit definition

Shortfall Deposit means, as of the date of calculation, an amount, if positive, equal to (a) the product of (i) the Base Rent for the trailing twelve (12) month period and (ii) the applicable Lease Coverage Multiple for such period, minus (b) the sum of (i) Net Operating Income for such trailing twelve (12) month period and (ii) any amounts previously funded as the Shortfall Deposit and still held by or on behalf of Landlord.
Shortfall Deposit means any additional funds required to be deposited by Gasco with BOG pursuant to subsection 8(b)(iii) hereof.
Shortfall Deposit. As defined in Section 3.6(b).
