Shortlisted Proposer definition

Shortlisted Proposer means a Proposer who is invited, based on the Owner’s evaluation and ranking of the SOQs received in step one of this procurement, to submit a proposal in response to an RFP.
Shortlisted Proposer means a Proposer selected by the City as eligible to respond to a RFP. “Site Plan” means Exhibit A of Part H of this RFQ.
Shortlisted Proposer means a Respondent selected by the District pursuant to this RFQ to submit a Proposal in response to the RFP.

Examples of Shortlisted Proposer in a sentence

  • Following receipt and evaluation of Proposals, PennDOT may select a Short-listed Proposer (“Preferred Proposer”), based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP.

  • It is currently anticipated that each Short-listed Proposer will, as part of its Proposal, list any DBEs on its team as of the Proposal due date, as well as provide a DBE performance plan on how it intends to meet the DBE goals during the design and construction of the Project.

  • Use of any PABs allocation by a Short-listed Proposer in its Proposal or plan of finance will be optional and entirely within the discretion of the Short-listed Proposer.

  • If a Proposer is not short-listed as part of the RFQ evaluation process, the members of the unsuccessful Proposer team (including Major Team Members) are thereafter free to participate on Short-listed Proposer teams, subject to the requirements of Part A, Sections 5.6 and 6.3.   • Each Shortlisted Proposer will be eligible to submit a Technical Proposal and Price Proposal in response to GDOT’s RFP.

  • A Proposer will only be capable of being selected as a Short-listed Proposer to the extent that each Lead Contractor in its Proposer team is, at the time Proposals are due, prequalified, pursuant to 67 Pa. Code CH.

  • IFA will offer to pay a stipend for work product in the amount of $2,500,000 to each unsuccessful Short-listed Proposer that submits a Proposal that is responsive to the RFP.

  • The stipend is not intended to compensate any non-selected Shortlisted Proposer for the total cost of preparing the Technical and Price Proposals.

  • The amount of the stipend will be$32,000 (thirty-two thousand dollars) per non-selected Shortlisted Proposer that meets the stipend eligibility requirements contained in the Project Advertisement and the Design-Build Stipend Agreement.

  • A fully executed copy of the Design-Build Stipend Agreement will be returned to the Shortlisted Proposer.

Related to Shortlisted Proposer

  • Unsolicited proposal means a written proposal for a public-private initiative that is submitted by a private entity for the purpose of entering into an agreement with the department but that is not in response to a formal solicitation or request issued by the department.

  • Proposer means a contractor that submits a response to a request for proposal, request for bid, or request for quotation.

  • Superior Proposal Notice has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(1)(c).

  • Parent Superior Proposal shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(g).

  • approved proposal means a proposal approved or deemed to be approved under this Agreement;

  • Company Superior Proposal shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(b).

  • Price Proposal means the price offer included in the Proposal submitted by a Proposer as set forth on the forms requested in Exhibit C-2 of the ITP.

  • Ballot proposition means a question, issue, or proposal that is submitted to voters

  • Preferred Proponent means the Proponent that is invited into negotiations in accordance with the evaluation process set out in this RFP;

  • Notice of Superior Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(e).

  • Alternative Transaction Proposal means any proposal, offer, inquiry or contact with respect to an Alternative Transaction.

  • Transaction Proposal has the meaning specified in Section 8.02(c).

  • Superior Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(a).

  • Alternative Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b).

  • Adjournment Proposal means a proposal to adjourn the special meeting of the stockholders of Thayer to a later date or dates, if necessary, to permit further solicitation and vote of proxies if, based upon the tabulated vote at the time of the special meeting, there are not sufficient votes to approve one or more proposals presented to stockholders for vote at such special meeting.

  • Successful Proposer means any Proposer selected by the University to receive an Award as a result of this RFP and to enter into a Contract to provide the University with the products or services sought by this RFP.

  • Company Takeover Proposal means (i) any proposal or offer for a merger, consolidation, dissolution, recapitalization or other business combination involving the Company, (ii) any proposal for the issuance by the Company of over 30% of its equity securities as consideration for the assets or securities of another person or (iii) any proposal or offer to acquire in any manner, directly or indirectly, over 30% of the equity securities or consolidated total assets of the Company, in each case other than the Merger.

  • Takeover Proposal means any offer or proposal for, or any indication of interest in, a merger or other business combination involving Target or the acquisition of any significant equity interest in, or a significant portion of the assets of, Target, other than the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Company Shareholders Meeting shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(b).

  • Bid Proposal or “Proposal” means the bidder’s proposal submitted in response to the RFP.

  • Preferred Proponent(s means the Proponent(s) selected by the Evaluation Team to enter into negotiations for a Contract;

  • TO Proposal – Financial means the TO Contractor’s financial response to the CATS II TORFP dateddate of TO Proposal - Financial.

  • Competing Proposal shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(f)(i).

  • Deadlock has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01.

  • Shareholders Meeting has the meaning provided in Section 6.3.

  • Acquisition Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(a).
