Show-Up Time. Compensable non-working time as provided in Article V, Section 11.

Examples of Show-Up Time in a sentence

  • The Employer shall pay Show-Up Time in accordance with this Section 11 for any Employee that is not provided with reasonable advance Notice, as defined in the Substance Abuse Testing Policy, not to appear for his/her shift.

  • Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)

For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.

  • Real-time means the actual time during which a process or event occurs.

  • Central Time means Central Time as adjusted for daylight savings time.

  • Near Real Time means that Qwest's OSS electronically receives a transaction from CLEC, automatically processes that transaction, returns the response to that transaction to CLEC in an automatic event driven manner (without manual intervention) via the interface for the OSS function in question. Except for the time it takes to send and receive the transaction between Qwest's and CLEC's OSS application, the processing time for Qwest's representatives should be the same as the processing time for CLEC's representatives. Current benchmarks using TCIF 98-006 averages between two (2) and four (4) seconds for the connection and an average transaction transmittal. The specific agreed metrics for Near Real Time transaction processing will be contained in the Performance Indicator Definitions (PIDs), where applicable. "Network Element" is a facility or equipment used in the provision of Telecommunications Service. It also includes features, functions, and capabilities that are provided by means of such facility or equipment, including subscriber numbers, databases, signaling systems, and information sufficient for Billing and collection or used in the transmission, routing, or other provision of a Telecommunications Service.

  • Mailing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Dividend Date means a date specified in the Issue Resolution on which a dividend in respect of that preference share is payable.

  • Calculation Time means 11:59 p.m. on the calendar day prior to the Closing Date.

  • Maximum Run Time means the maximum number of hours a generating unit can run over the course of an Operating Day, as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • PM means particulate matter.

  • Record Time shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • SOFR Determination Time means 3:00 p.m. (New York time) on the U.S. Government Securities Business Day, at which time Compounded SOFR is published on the FRBNY’s Website.

  • Approval Date means the date by which the Approval Order has become a Final Order.

  • Response Time means the difference in time between the change of the component to be measured at the reference point and a system response of 90 per cent of the final reading (t90) with the sampling probe being defined as the reference point, whereby the change of the measured component is at least 60 per cent full scale (FS) and takes place in less than 0.1 second. The system response time consists of the delay time to the system and of the rise time of the system.

  • Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.

  • Retraction Date means the second last business day of a month.

  • Bill Date The date when a CenturyLink service is billed and/or invoiced to a customer. The Bill Date is generally the date one (1) Day past the billing cycle close date and will appear on any such bill or invoice.

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;

  • Exchange Time means the time at which the right to exercise the Rights shall terminate pursuant to Section 3.1(c) hereof.

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.
