Signature Bank definition

Signature Bank has the meaning provided in the first paragraph hereof.
Signature Bank means Signature Bank, a national banking association, including its predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, divisions or affiliates, and any of its ore their respective members, partners, officers, employees, attorneys or other agents.
