Significant Event of Default definition

Significant Event of Default means any Event of Default under Section 8.01(a), (b), (g) or (h).
Significant Event of Default means an Event of Default under Section 10.01(a) or (f).
Significant Event of Default means an Event of Default under Section 11.1(a) or (f) (in the case of Section 11.1(f), with respect to the Borrower).

Examples of Significant Event of Default in a sentence

  • In the event the Critical Initial Conditions are not satisfied within the time stipulated in(A) or any extension of time pursuant to (B), the same shall be deemed to be a Developer / Licensee Significant Event of Default.

  • HUDA shall also have the right of substitution of the Developer through competitive bidding process in the event of occurring of Significant Event of Default by Successful Bidder/Developer as specified in this EOI-Cum-RFP Document.

  • At any time the Borrower has not submitted to the Administrative Agent the applicable information as and when required under Section 7.02(b) or at any time a Significant Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Applicable Margin shall be set at Pricing Level I.

  • HUDA shall have the right to acquire entire equity in SPV at any time during the Project Implementation Period in the event of occurring of Significant Event of Default by Successful Bidder/Developer.


More Definitions of Significant Event of Default

Significant Event of Default means any Event of Default under Section 11.01 or 11.05.
Significant Event of Default means an Event of Default under Sections 9.01(a) or (j).
Significant Event of Default means an Event of Default under Section 7.01(b), 7.01(c), 7.01(e), 7.01(f), 7.01(g), 7.01(h), 7.01(i) or 7.01(l).
Significant Event of Default means any Event of Default under Section 7.01(a), (b), (h) or (i).
