Significant Harm definition

Significant Harm means a significant negative impact on the Company’s financial operating results or reputation.

Significant Harm means harm that has an aggravated effect having regard to the nature of the personal data being processed, the impact, continuity, persistence or irreversibility of the harm;

Significant Harm means significant pollution in Jersey or Jersey waters, or significant damage to persons or property;
