Significant Tax Agreement definition

Significant Tax Agreement is any agreement to which the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company is a party under which the Company or any Subsidiary could reasonably be expected to be liable to another party under such agreement in an amount in excess of $25,000 in respect of Taxes payable by such other party to any taxing authority.
Significant Tax Agreement is any agreement to which any Party or any subsidiary of any Party is a party under which such Party or such subsidiary could reasonably be expected to be liable to another party under such agreement in an amount in excess of $10,000 in respect of Taxes payable by such other party to any taxing authority.

  • Tax Agreement means the Tax Exemption Certificate and Agreement with respect to the Bonds, dated the date of delivery of the Bonds, among the Company, the Issuer and the Trustee, as from time to time amended and supplemented.
