Significant Tenant definition

Significant Tenant means any Tenant occupying space equal to twenty percent (20%) or more of the rentable square footage of any Property.
Significant Tenant means a Tenant under a Significant Lease.

Significant Tenant means any Tenant occupying space equal to ten percent (10%) or more of the rentable square footage of any Property.
