Silverline DDoS Protection Service definition

Silverline DDoS Protection Service means the distributed denial of service protection service delivered through the F5 Silverline cloud-based platform. The Silverline DDoS Protection Service is also governed by the Silverline DDoS Protection Service-Specific Terms.

  • Unless otherwise defined in these Service-Specific Terms, the following definitions apply: ͞Always Available͟m eans a Silverline DDoS Protection Service where all prerequisite configuration elements are established and you determine when to, and take action to, divert your traffic to the F5 Silverline Network for DDoS mitigation.

  • For the purpose of this Service-SpecifiEcxcessTiveeUrsem”, m“eans your usage Silverline DDoS Protection Service in (a) excess of the Clean Bandwidth as measured by 95th Percentile Calculated Bandwidth; or (b) your configuration of Router Monitoring or Data Centers (e.g., GRE Tunnels) exceeds the quantities defined in the applicable Order.

  • For the purpose of this Service-^ƉĞĐŝĨŝEĐxc essdiveĞUƌseŵ͕͟ ŵ͞ĞĂŶƐ LJoŽf tƵheƌ ƵƐĂŐĞ Silverline DDoS Protection Service in (a) excess of the Clean Bandwidth as measured by 95th Percentile Calculated Bandwidth; or (b) your configuration of Router Monitoring or Data Centers (e.g., GRE Tunnels) exceeds the quantities defined in the applicable Order.

  • For the purpose of Section 4 of the Agreement, “Excessive Use” shall mean usage of the Silverline DDoS Protection Service by Customer is in excess of that provided for in the applicable Schedule, as measured by F5 herein.

  • In the event that Customer provides a termination notice in accordance with this Section 3.4, F5 shall promptly refund, or cause the F5 Authorized Distribution Partner to promptly refund, to Customer a pro-rata amount of any unused fees prepaid by Customer in relation to such terminated Silverline DDoS Protection Service, calculated from the date of termination.

  • Service Credits shall not be available in respect of (i) the first fifteen (15) days following commencement of a new Silverline DDoS Protection Service, (ii) Special Unavailability, or (iii) Service Outages for which Customer does not request Service Credits within fifteen (15) days following the occurrence of such Service Outage.

Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.

  • PREVENTIVE CARE SERVICES means covered healthcare services performed to prevent the occurrence of disease as defined by the Affordable Care Act (ACA). See Preventive Care and Early Detection Services in Section 3. PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER (PCP) means, for the purpose of this plan, professional providers that are family practitioners, internists, and pediatricians. For the purpose of this plan, gynecologists, obstetricians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants may be credentialed as PCPs.   • Health and Human Services Commission or “HHSC” means the administrative agency established under Chapter 531, Texas Government Code, or its designee.
