Singapore Borrower definition

Singapore Borrower means a borrower who is a citizen of Singapore or a permanent resident; and
Singapore Borrower and together with the Administrative Borrower and Opco, each a “Borrower” and collectively, “Borrowers”) and Silicon Valley Bank (“Bank”):
