Single Family Detached Unit definition

Single Family Detached Unit means an individual residential dwelling unit that does not share a common wall with another residential dwelling unit.
Single Family Detached Unit means a Dwelling Unit on an individual lot, including detached houses on lots less than fifty (50) feet wide, such as zero lot line homes.
