Single Source Contract definition

Single Source Contract means a Contract awarded without competitive procedures as a result of a determination by the Corporation, approved in writing by the President of the Office responsible for the Procurement, that one firm is uniquely qualified or has a unique advantage with respect to the provision of a particular service or good, such that competitive procedures are rendered futile. Such determination shall become part of the Procurement Record and be filed with the Corporation’s Counsel and Secretary.
Single Source Contract means a contract for construction services that are available from only one responsible qualified contractor.
