Single Tranche definition

Single Tranche means the amount of the Financing allocated to the category entitled “Single Tranche” in the table set forth in Part B of Section II of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Single Tranche

Single Tranche means the amount of the Financing.

Single Tranche means the amount of the Loan allocated to the category entitled “Single Tranche” in the table set forth in Part B of Section II of Schedule 1 to this Agreement. “Special Program for the Conservation and Protection of Micro-watersheds in priority areas” means Programa Especial para la Restauración de las Microcuencas en Zonas Prioritarias, the Borrower´s program to promote reduction of soil erosion, reforestation and forest protection within priority areas.

Single Tranche means the purchase of Tokens per Block during the Buy Phase corresponding to the proportion of Customer’s Committed Funds to be allocated to the Company according to the Allocation Mechanism.
