Sinking Fund Agreement definition

Sinking Fund Agreement means the agreement governing the administration of the Sinking Fund.
Sinking Fund Agreement means that certain Sinking Fund Account Agreement dated the date of this Agreement among the Borrower, SRI, the Agent's Bank and the Agent, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
