Site License Effective Date definition

Site License Effective Date means the first day of the month immediately following both the City and Licensee fully executing a Site License. As an illustration, and not a limitation, if the last party to execute a Site License signs on September 4, 2021, the Site License Effective Date would be October 1, 2021.

  • License Term means in respect of each Site, the period for its license to be used by the Access Seeker commencing on the Commencement Date and as stipulated in the respective SLO.

  • Contract Effective Date means the date agreed upon by the parties for beginning the period of performance under the contract. In no case shall the effective date precede the date on which the contracting officer or designated higher approval authority signs the document.

  • Target Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

  • Increase Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(d).

  • Active license means a license that is current and has not expired.
