The Approved Plans may be altered, if required for Licensee to obtain any permits or approvals necessary for installation of the Equipment, including but not limited to Personal Wireless Facility Site Permits, temporary street occupancy permits (and related traffic control permits), and building permits, as may be required by City codes.
Site Permits The applicant may apply for a Site Permit and addenda from the Department of Building Inspection upon OCII staff's determination that the Design Development Documents are approved or conditionally approved and generally consistent with the Schematic Design Documents.

If such repairs or rebuilding cannot be completed within two hundred ten (210) days after the date of such damage or destruction or if City elects not to repair or rebuild as provided above, then Operator shall have the right, at its election, to terminate the applicable Site Permit(s) upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to City.
All permit and filing fees required in order to obtain, maintain and renew Governmental Approvals (other than the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Site Permits) for the Contract Services shall be paid by the Company.
In the event that Operator abandons its Equipment for a continuous period of sixty days, the City may in its discretion provide Operator 30 days’ notice, and then remove the Equipment; upon the City’s removal of the abandoned Equipment, this Agreement and all Site Permit(s) issued thereunder shall terminate.
The Company shall make all filings, applications and reports necessary to obtain, maintain and renew all Governmental Approvals (other than the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Site Permits) required to be made, obtained or renewed in the name of the Company under Applicable Law in order to perform the Contract Services.
