Site Permits definition

Site Permits means permits for installation of Station-related Equipment at Sites proposed for Stations (other than Installation Scheduling Permits or Special Traffic Permits).
Site Permits means any and all permits required by a Participating Agency for the installation, maintenance, and operation of Hub-related Equipment at Sites proposed for Racks (other than Installation Scheduling Permits or Special Traffic Permits).
Site Permits means all permits or licenses issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (the "Corps") or by other governmental bodies to enable Tenant to commence dredging of the Mississippi River, and for site development, grading and excavation work on the Premises, including, without limitation, the Corps' Section 10 and 404 Permits, a flood plain development permit, a metro sewers and highway permit and a site plan approval permit, but excluding any building or construction permits required to enable Tenant to commence or complete the construction of Tenant's Project improvements or to occupy and operate the Project. Tenant shall make application for all Site Permits at the earliest practical opportunity, without regard to the status of the Investigation. Tenant shall use its best efforts to obtain the Site Permits and Gaming Licensure, and Landlord shall fully and actively support, endorse and diligently assist Tenant in such efforts, provided Landlord shall not be obligated to incur any out-of-pocket or third party expenses for Tenant's benefit or pay any monies to Tenant. Tenant agrees to file the application for Gaming Licensure with the Commission as promptly as possible after the Effective Date and in no event later than 30 days after the Effective Date, and to deliver to Landlord a copy of the transmittal correspondence for Tenant's application to the Commission and a copy of each and every material notice delivered to or received from the Commission by Tenant. As used in this subsection (b), a "material notice" shall be any notice substantively bearing upon the availability of Gaming Licensure or the Site Permits or affecting the occurrence of the Commencement Date or Project Opening. Tenant shall not withdraw Tenant's application for any of the Site Permits or for Gaming Licensure prior to any termination of this Lease.

  • The Approved Plans may be altered, if required for Licensee to obtain any permits or approvals necessary for installation of the Equipment, including but not limited to Personal Wireless Facility Site Permits, temporary street occupancy permits (and related traffic control permits), and building permits, as may be required by City codes.

More Definitions of Site Permits

Site Permits means any and all Governmental Authorizations other than those associated directly and solely with the ownership or operation of any of the ALLTEL Equipment, Microwave Equipment, Additional ALLTEL Equipment or FCC Authorizations.

Related to Site Permits

  • Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Facilities during the subsistence of this Agreement;
