Site Preparation Subcontractor definition

Site Preparation Subcontractor means the Subcontractor performing substantially all of the Site preparation Work at the Site pursuant to a Subcontract entered into by and between Contractor and such Subcontractor, including fencing for the Site.

Related to Site Preparation Subcontractor

  • Site preparation means those activities associated with the removal of slash in preparing a site for planting and shall include scarification and/or slash burning.

  • Sub-subcontractor means any Person, including an Equipment supplier or vendor, who has a direct or indirect contract with a Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor to manufacture or supply Equipment which comprises a portion of the Work, to lease Construction Equipment to Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor in connection with the Work, to perform a portion of the Work or to otherwise furnish labor or materials.

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • Key Subcontractor means any subcontractor that will (a) fill any of the following key project roles: project management, lead design firm, quality control management, and quality assurance management or (b) serve as a key task leader for geotechnical, hydraulics and hydrology, structural, environmental, utility or right-of-way issues.
