Site Specific Terms and Conditions definition

Site Specific Terms and Conditions means those unique requirements of the Company issuing Orders under this BOA which will supplement these general Terms and Conditions.
Site Specific Terms and Conditions means those unique requirements of a Contractor issuing any particular Orders under this BOA, which will supplement the terms of this BOA as it pertains to those particular Orders.

  • Taxes shall be collected and paid in accordance with the Site Specific Terms and Conditions of the respective Order.

  • Any inconsistencies shall be resolved in accordance with the following descending order of precedence: (1) Wiley Online Enhanced License for Government Consortium Customers (2) item description, (3) Site Specific Order, (4) Site Specific Terms and Conditions, (5) the BOA, and (6) the BOA general Terms and Conditions.

  • Tax collection and payment is specific to the CONTRACTOR issuing an order under this BOA; therefore, Subcontractor should refer to the Site Specific Terms and Conditions for each order.

  • If the Work is to be performed on CNL managed sites (each a “CNL Site”), the Contractor will comply with the CNL Site Specific Terms and Conditions for the applicable CNL Site, available on the Vendor Portal or otherwise provided to the Contractor.

  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • Special Terms and Conditions means any special terms and conditions supplementing and/or amending these Terms and Conditions;

  • Specific Terms in relation to a Loan means the specific terms applicable to that Loan as set out in the document entitled ‘Specific Terms’ related to that Loan;

  • Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions in addition or in variation to the general conditions which the Commission may lay down specifically for a distribution licensee;

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Terms & Conditions means the Special Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Contract herein mentioned and other stipulations incorporated in any part of Tender Document and /or Agreement.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions of these Securities as set out in the General Conditions (Part A), the Product and Underlying Data (Part B) and the Special Conditions (Part C).

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Terms of Use means any privacy policy, terms of use or other terms and conditions made applicable by BNYM in connection with the Company’s or a Permitted User’s access to and use of a Component System or a BNYM Web Application or other access site or access method.
