  • Therefore, Seller agrees that a Contractor placing an Order under this BOA reserves the right to incorporate its own Site-Specific Terms & Conditions including FAR, Department of Energy Acquisition Regulations (DEAR) required to be flowed down by a Contractor's contract with the Government, as long as such Site Specific Terms and Conditions do not materially alter the terms and conditions specified in this BOA and Seller's consent to those incorporated terms.

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.
