The Specification definition

The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.
The Specification meanss the various technical specifications attached and referred to in the Tender documents. It shall also include the latest edition of relevant Indian Standard Specification published before entering into contract. Further in absence of any specific reference in IS the Standards and specifications of any other country may be followed.
