Site Uptime definition

Site Uptime means the total time in a month during which all material parts of the HireVue website are operating properly and available for access and use by Authorized Users.

Examples of Site Uptime in a sentence

  • The Trust is entitled to an annual credit of 100% of the fourth quarterly Demand Charge Incentive in the event that Recipient fails to achieve the annual Charging Site Uptime standard described in Rider A, Section B(1)(c).

  • Customer's "Web Site Uptime" shall be measured for each calendar month and shall be defined as the number of minutes during the month when Customer's Web Site is accessible to Internet users divided by the total number of minutes in the month.

  • Services unavailability due to hours of ordinary scheduled maintenance and outages occurring other than from the failure of WorldNow System will not be factored into the analysis of System Uptime percentages (but will be factored into Site Uptime percentages).

  • Site/s means any location where the Client Concerned have equipment or infrastructure installed.

  • Uptime means the time period when specified services are available with specified technical and service standards as mentioned in section titled WARRANTY SUPPORT” "%Uptime" means ratio of 'up time' (in minutes) as mentioned in section titled “Warranty support”

  • Monitoring System means a system established by BNY to fulfill the Responsibilities specified in clauses (d) and (e) of Section 1 of Article III of this Agreement.

  • Site Visit means a visit to the Site; and

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.
