Skilled Nursing Facility means an institution or part thereof that is licensed as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the State of Florida, and is accredited as a Skilled Nursing Facility by The Joint Commission or recognized as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the Secretary of Health and Human Services of the United States under Medicare.
Skilled Nursing Care means that level of care which:
Non-Administrator Skilled Nursing Facility means a Skilled Nursing Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with guidelines established by Medicare.
Nursing facility means an institution as defined in Iowa Code chapter 135C. This definition does not include acute care settings.
Living unit means a room, apartment, cottage, or other area within a facility set aside for the exclusive use or control of one or more identified residents.
Nursing home-type patients means a patient who has been in hospital more than 35 days, no longer requires acute hospital care, cannot live independently at home or be looked after at home, and either cannot be placed in a nursing home or a nursing home place is not available.

Nursing Service Plan means the plan that is developed by the registered nurse based on an Individual’s initial nursing assessment, reassessment, or updates made to a nursing assessment as a result of monitoring visits. The Nursing Service Plan must describe all licensed nursing services the Individual shall receive and be pursuant to the Individual’s Service Plan.
Rooming unit means any room or group of rooms forming a single habitable unit used or intended to be used for living and sleeping, but not for cooking or eating purposes.
Nursing services means the provision of individual-specific advice, plans, or interventions by a nurse at a home based on the nursing process as outlined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Nursing services differ from administrative nursing services.
Nursing home means that term as defined in section 20109 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20109.
Generating Unit means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator(s) and air emission control devices.
Skilled journeyperson means a worker who either:
co-pilot means a pilot operating other than as pilot-in-command, on an aircraft for which more than one pilot is required, but excluding a pilot who is on board the aircraft for the sole purpose of receiving flight instruction for a licence or rating.
Nursing diagnosis means a judgment made by a registered nurse, following a nursing assessment of individuals and groups about actual or potential responses to health problems, which forms the basis for determining effective nursing interventions.
Stormwater management measure means any practice, technology, process, program, or other method intended to control or reduce stormwater runoff and associated pollutants, or to induce or control the infiltration or groundwater recharge of stormwater or to eliminate illicit or illegal non-stormwater discharges into stormwater conveyances.
Nursing assistant means a nursing assistant as defined under RCW 18.88A.020 or successor laws.
Nursing care means the practice of nursing as governed by ORS chapter 678 and OAR chapter 851.
Hospital/Nursing Home : means any institution established for in- patient care and day care treatment of sickness and / or injuries and which has been registered as a Hospital with the local authorities, wherever applicable, and is under the supervision of a registered and qualified Medical Practitioner OR must comply with all minimum criteria as under:
Nursing Care Plan means a plan of care developed by a nurse that describes the medical, nursing, psychosocial, and other needs of a child and how those needs shall be met. The Nursing Care Plan includes which tasks shall be taught, assigned, or delegated to the qualified provider or family.
Partnership Unit Economic Balance means (i) the Capital Account balance of the General Partner plus the amount of the General Partner’s share of any Partner Minimum Gain or Partnership Minimum Gain, in each case to the extent attributable to the General Partner’s Partnership Units divided by (ii) the number of the General Partner’s Partnership Units.
Appropriate bargaining unit means the unit designated by the Employment Relations Board
Dwelling unit means a single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.
Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.
Bargaining Unit means the unit of Employees as described on the Labour Relations Board Certificate.
Health professional shortage area means that term as defined in section 332(a)(1) of subpart II of part C of title III of the public health service act, chapter 373, 90 Stat. 2270, 42 U.S.C. 254e.
