Skyway Bridges definition

Skyway Bridges means two crosswalk bridges in construction located at the second floor and the fourth floor in between DSH #1 Building and DSH #2 Building.
Skyway Bridges means the elevated enclosed pedestrian bridges, walkways or skyways that from time to time connect the Project to any building across any street from the Project and that are subject to the Skyway Agreements, as such Skyway Bridges may exist from time to time.

  • The delayed lease fee payment period for the two Skyway Bridges shall be defined as the number of calendar days from the end of sixty calendar days after the construction complete date of both DSH #2 Building and the #4 Auxiliary Building to the construction completion date in which two Skyway Bridges are ready for DSH’s occupancy and use.
