Slot Machines means the 616 slot machines manufactured by IGT, sold by IGT to AmGam in 1994, and then acquired by President Mississippi Charter Corporation by order of the Bankruptcy Court dated September 21, 1995. Transaction Document means any of this Agreement, any Exhibit to this Agreement, or any other document executed and delivered by a member of the AGEL Group and the President Group, or any of them, in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
