Capacity Utilization Factor or “CUF” Shall have the same meaning as provided in CERC (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time. Here, the CUF is expressed in AC terms.
Applicable Utilization Fee Rate means, as of any date, the percentage rate per annum at which Utilization Fees accrue on all Revolving Credit Advances at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

System Availability means, with respect to any particular calendar month, the ratio obtained by subtracting Unscheduled Downtime during such month from the Total Monthly Time, and thereafter dividing the difference so obtained by the Total Monthly Time. Represented algebraically, System Availability for any particular calendar month is determined as follows:
Sewage sludge weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, including admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents.
