Small Employer Plan definition

Small Employer Plan means a SHOP-certified QHP issued to a Small Employer.
Small Employer Plan means an SADP issued to a Small Employer.

  • Single Employer Plan any Plan which is covered by Title IV of ERISA, but which is not a Multiemployer Plan.

  • Multiemployer Plan means a multiemployer plan as defined in Section 4001(a)(3) of ERISA.

  • Small employer carrier means any carrier that offers health benefit plans covering eligible employees of one or more small employers in this state.

  • ERISA Plan means any employee pension benefit plan subject to Title IV of ERISA maintained by any ERISA Affiliate with respect to which any Restricted Person has a fixed or contingent liability.

  • Title IV Plan means a Pension Plan (other than a Multiemployer Plan), that is subject to Title IV of ERISA or Section 412 of the IRC, and that any Credit Party or ERISA Affiliate maintains, contributes to or has an obligation to contribute to on behalf of participants who are or were employed by any of them.

  • Casual Employee means an employee who has no set hours or days of work and who is normally asked to work as and when required.

  • Pension Plan means any employee pension benefit plan (including a Multiple Employer Plan or a Multiemployer Plan) that is maintained or is contributed to by the Borrower and any ERISA Affiliate and is either covered by Title IV of ERISA or is subject to the minimum funding standards under Section 412 of the Code.

  • Foreign Plan means any employee benefit plan, program, policy, arrangement or agreement maintained or contributed to by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with respect to employees employed outside the United States.

  • Controlled Group means all members of a controlled group of corporations and all trades or businesses (whether or not incorporated) under common control which, together with the Borrower, are treated as a single employer under Section 414 of the Code.
